“We stayed in the Secret Garden room, which was very cute and on theme. ”

“The whole place is spotless! It was dark when we arrived and had a hard time finding the house numbers but once inside it was wonderful. A few things left on the counter like bananas and apples and milk and juice in the fridge made us feel welcome. One twin bed was excellent but the other wasn’t great. Having said that, I would stay there again ”

“Room is new and clean. Parking is convenient and stuff is nice. Will choose next time. ”

“This hotel is a beautiful new construction at time of writing along the Surrey Civic Centre. The staff were very helpful and upgraded us as well as ensured we had everything we needed (as special callout goes to Chad!). The property is a ways outside of Vancouver downtown but is easily accessible by the SkyTrain which stops just below the building. We had a large earthquake strike the area while we were there and though we could feel it on floor 15 the building held up well.”

“Economy room had a shared bathroom for two rooms but it was fine with us as we wanted only for few hours Location is perfect ”

“Free tea and coffee all day long. Very comfortable.”

“We returned to the hotel after our Air Canada flight had been canceled. The Hotel Manager, Burhan, was helpful and supportive. He made us feel at home. ”
