“Great place, we went down for 2 days 3/21-3/23.Nice studio, very clean and well kept.Easy access to the boat dock. Do not expect to fish from dock we made the mistake of thinking you could fish from dock and tho you can the water is only about 1-1/2 to 3ft deep so we had to leave to go fishing and the whole point of getting a place with a dock was to fish from it. “Responsive to questions on the day sent. Sent pictures of plastic toilet seat burned and reported a greasy smell (I didnt want charges to me). I had to explain them that day (I was there for a wedding and busy) despite pictures, which is where I should of "read the listing."
