“We were a family of 9. Cleanliness of house was good, appliances were great. Sparsely furnished - needed to have a bit more sitting available to watch T.V. Master bedroom and bath were great. Needed to have a table or two in the other bedrooms to put things on. Maybe some hooks in bathroom to hang towels on would be great.Should be advertised to accommodate 6-8 people instead of ten. We enjoyed our stay but it was a bit tight quarters for all of us. Sean was a great host.”

“It was good place. The gaming systems were the best part. Very nice to have. My husband and children loved all thr games. The lighting wasn't very good in the house and it made it difficult seeing. Blinds needed to be replace bc there was some broken places in some of the blinds. Also, the water pressure was very low.pressurlow.”

“Location and pricing were good. Quiet area but close to food and shopping. Water pressure in master shower was little to none. Pillows were as thin as a piece of paper and there were no extra pillows/blankets. Saw several dead and live roaches over the course of 3 day stay. Sheets smelled stale and we had to wash ourselves before willing to sleep on them. Over all would not return to this property.”

“This was a house On a very high hill right off Main Street in downtown Guntersville. Some of the house has been updated like the kitchen. But bathrooms need lots of renovation to them. Parking was great with a ramp in the back which made unloading/loading much more easier We could not get the gas stove to work. And the microwave was installed for a very tall person. . ”
