“My boyfriend and I stayed at the cabin mid-week and brought our boat along. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked with nearly everything you could imagine. We loved having access to the private boat launch and it is so close to the cabin we didn’t have to “pack up” the boat when we were finished for the day. The driveway is a little challenging when it comes to backing the boat in but it is doable and we are far from being pros at backing a boat in. ”

“Love this place all the commodity’s a fisherman can ask for, great boat accommodations which is locked up and safe, location of house is great for crappie fisherman puts you within a 15 minute boat ride to our favorite spots”

“Every year we plan a week long fishing trip to Guntersville. The 9-15 of us (some come and go during the week) used to always have to book multiple places making the trip expensive. Several years ago now we found this amazing property and have come here every year since. The listing is completely accurate. “We had a great time overall at this property. The house was clean except for a couple things. The porch and hottub area didn't have clean cushions so you didn't want to sit on some of the outdoor furniture. They tell you about the fishing but no poles to use. The ownee said they had some broken one's but we didnt see anything for fishing. The kayaks were not in the broken rack so they were full of water on the ground. ”
