“We were family members visiting OSU and Pawhuska Pioneer Woman Mercantile. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. 5 stars for sure on everything about the house itself! Not the best neighborhood in town, but all was well. ”

“ We needed somewhere to spend 1 night in Guthrie and didn't want a hotel room. We found a quiet street and very nice home just like Grandma's -( if you grew up in the 60's or 70's.) The house is well supplied and had everything we needed. Scott & Brenda - Plano Texas.”

“This home was perfect for our Mom's weekend! Our last one - 6 moms stayed here - we hosted our boys Saturday afternoon with a barbecue. The very spacious home was excellent and met all of our needs. Plenty of room, a large table in the dining area, chairs, etc. We each brought a few lawnchairs as well which helped. There is a nice little backyard, but it rained the entire weekend so we weren't able to use it much. We were about to go buy some rugs to put by the doors since our feet were……

“The Gabby house is the sweetest retreat. Our stay was super quick but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The beds were comfy, the furnishings are top notch! That game room looks amazing- we just weren’t there long enough to check it out. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay long enough! Thank you for hosting us!”

“The description of the place was right on. Very clean, fresh and welcoming home. The beds were very comfortable, even the hide away bed. All the bedding and blankets and pillows had fresh clean scent. The host had great communication and was very accommodating with an easy and fast check in. The price was great!! The location was the only downfall with all the noice. But the owners were very up front with that in their description and we went there knowing that. It was nice to be able to walk……

“It was the perfect place to stay to visit OSU. The house was clean and comfortable. Beverly was wonderful to communicate with and the welcome bag was a great surprise. Will definitely be back! ”

“Excellent from arrival to departure. Extremely easy checkin process. Allowed us to arrive 2 hours early. David was very quick to respond and was available throughout our stay. Booklet gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and check out procedures were simple. Gift basket waiting for us on the kitchen counter was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in a clean updated property close to OSU campus. ”

“This little cottage is so cute and nicely decorated and had the exact amenities we needed for our short stay. It’s tucked away in the trees, quiet area but a short drive to everything in Stillwater. We even had time to have a quick morning hot tub soak. ”
