“We went to enter our room and other people were already in there. We were sent to another room and there was a second key already in the door.
Coming back to the room after going for supper, we found the screen door locked and we had no key for that. Contacted management and was told they could do nothing to help us and that we would have to pry it open with a knife or credit card. Luckily that worked as all of our belongings were in there.
Other people in our group arrived for checkin around……
