“I accidently booked the wrong room. There was not enough beds for my family. I was able to be moved to another room quickly with no issues. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and my family enjoyed the pool area.”

“the room appeared to be cleaned, however because we were in a pet room, the carpet smelled like urine. The staff had opened the window prior to our arrival to air out, however when closed the window , the smell was evident. Rug is hard to utilize in rooms for pets. Another floor covering would be suggested. the television we could not figure out how to get to the channels. It would turn on however to access we could not figure out not matter what we tried. decided to go to bed it was……

“We were given two separate rooms because our original room was freshly painted and the smell was still noticeable. Very nice place would definitely stay here again, no breakfast or ice , but the gas stations open late and have snacks and ice.”
