“The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. After we loaded our suitcases to the car, the non driver guy requested……

“200多一间夜在尼泊尔来说不算便宜了，但是我们入住的第一晚是在3楼最里面的房间，那个房间热水没有，有一盏灯的开关也是坏的，提前用邮件已经沟通好的接机服务也没有，说实话印象很不好。不过早餐还可以，就餐的小花园也不错，去了博卡拉再次回到加都还是这家酒店，多方联系后接机总算落实了，308房间的热水也很棒。”
