“Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink……

“You literally walk out the front door take a left and you are at the boardwalk steps. And in one minute you’re out on the beach.It is a very clean very nice place. However, we stayed during off-season. I can see where this would be a loud area to stay, especially with little children during high season due to the fact it is located next to one of the main parking areas for the boardwalk. “Overall my group had a great time, Rob is a very kind, reasonable, and responsive host, and the house came largely without any issues. The photos in this listing are probably the most effective use of wide-lens photography I've ever seen, and they make every space in this house look much larger than it actually is. “Everything was as advertised. The one bedroom duplex is ground level, so easy to unpack and pack the car, and our dog enjoyed watching the minimal activity out of the sliding glass door. On a cold weekend in March, it was everything we needed to have a place to stay with our not-so-kid-friendly, elderly dog while visiting family who have kids.”

“My wife and I made a last minute after Labor Day retreat to the Jersey Shore and we were in the most perfect location to everything while still having the privacy we were looking for. Seaside was our point A and we spent a day on the beach here, then a day at Island Beach State Park, and then headed to Cape May for the day.
