“This was one of two houses we rented for Polar Plunge weekend & we were pleasantly surprised by the space. It's very spacious & clean, with excellent amenities & a well stocked kitchen. There was even a 3 season front porch area - since it was February we didn't use it but it's a really cute additional living area. “We had a great family getaway”

“Beautiful, clean property! Loved the garage! A very short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all! Great stay with family. I would've liked to have an outside hose to wash off sandy feet etc otherwise it had everything we needed!”

“I had an absolutely amazing stay here everything from the ease of the check in process to the communication with the host to the amenities of the property were exceptional at worst. It is a super clean place with all sorts of extra features to make you feel at home. I would highly recommend the stay to anyone looking in the area you will not be disappointed.”

“Our stay at 123 Franklin Ave was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless and offered plenty of space for our small group of six. There was also more than enough room outdoors to host a few guests comfortably.We really appreciated the added amenities, especially the patio and grill — they made our time even more enjoyable.
