“Im ersten Moment waren wir von dem Hotel überwältigt: Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool und dazu tolles Wetter. Die Freude wurde ein wenig getrübt, da das Zimmer schlecht zum Lüften war und die Klimaanlage nicht so funktionierte, wie wir uns das vorstellten. “It was a lovely property with beautiful views. I wish we would have had time to explore more of the area and the hotel amenities. I took off one star because we were not able to control the thermostat in our own room, which is important to me. We were told it was centrally controlled. It was very stuffy in the room but when we opened the door to the balcony to get air, any fan movement in the room stopped. “The hotel allows us to have early check in by 9a.m. Thank them for their hospitality. The room is clean, on the top floor, nicely decorated, very stylish yet feeling somewhat pressed cos it is an attic. That is something that let us down. “Everything was literally perfect, especially the breakfast with buffet style was the BEST I’ve ever had before!!! We were completely amazed. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the transferring service from the main island, the exact destination of the ship was not written, and we took the wrong boat in the beginning.(the first boat that we were waiting didn’t come on time and we were confused, later on everything came on time)”
