"I stayed here for just one night, and the power tripped twice. I had to move a chair to reach the breaker box and reset the switch both times. Also, the front desk said their sauna was great, but when I went to the women’s changing room, the light wouldn’t turn on at all. The location is great though "
"We stayed at the Kelo of West Village and it is very clean and cozy where you have your own sauna, bathroom, kitchen and of course the signature igloo. Staff are very helpful and we’ve also met the owner who’s very friendly and welcoming. We’ve stayed 5 nights and 3 nights with eye-visible northern lights. Oh and I have to mention, dinner is surprisingly delicious!!!"
