“I stayed here for just one night, and the power tripped twice. I had to move a chair to reach the breaker box and reset the switch both times. Also, the front desk said their sauna was great, but when I went to the women’s changing room, the light wouldn’t turn on at all. The location is great though ”

“This hotel is wonderful! They provided a wide range of food for breakfast and the kitchen utensils were of premium quality. You can simply buy food and cook yourself inside the room. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Everything there was excellent! I definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay there if I come to Rovaniemi again!”

“The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us. “No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good.
