“This hotel is wonderful! They provided a wide range of food for breakfast and the kitchen utensils were of premium quality. You can simply buy food and cook yourself inside the room. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Everything there was excellent! I definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay there if I come to Rovaniemi again!”

“The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us.
Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good.

“No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. ”

“You need to get your room key in Santa's Hotel which is 800 meters away, but I didn't see any note when I was booking this hotel. “Perfect house, perfect location, perfect hotel restaurant! Just 5 minutes walk to Santa Claus village. All parts in the house are in perfect condition, especially there’s private sauna in each house, an enjoyable stay.

Lovely Hotel
"The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us.
Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good.
Room was small but comfortable and clean. Good to have a private sauna in the room, we enjoyed that :)
It was right next to a ski resort, so good for people who like to ski as well."
