“This is a great place to stay! It’s close to everything. It’s in the heart of Dunedin. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s clean, the room is comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast every morning doesn’t disappoint. I’ve stayed here a couple times now and will continue to return and refer. ”

“The house was very comfy, clean and cozy with a beach vibe. Much nicer than the pictures. Accommodated us perfectly with a very attentive and accessible host. Couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.”

“My mother had dementia and had a medical event, I had to fly down quickly. I booked a room there for 1 week. It checked all the boxes I needed. It had a kitchenette with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, ect. It was clean, had a good amount of cable channels and a beautiful pool. Its very wonderfully retro and very clean. The management are amazing people. They found out why I was there, and helped me tremendously with anything I needed, including making sure I had a way back to the……
