“Pros: Great location between the Kelvingrove area and Buchanan Street. Excellent views of the Kelvingrove area from balcony. Garnet hill location involves steep slopes for walking to and from the areas of interest. Great shower and linens, kitchen had necessary items and check in directions were helpful. Cons: Five days of no internet access for my online sabbatical work. No TV connection due to lack of internet service. Although the host corresponded to my emails, the problem was not solved. ”

“Spent a lovely few days at the Hobbit Cottage. It has a dog friendly garden and it is a short walk to Kames Bay. You can access the Cathedral of the Isles from the end of the cul-de-sac which takes less than 5 minutes. The cottage is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. June, our host, was very attentive and you only had to ask if you needed anything.”

“Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!”
