"We have stayed in most of the hotels around the OVO Hydro. This was by far the best experience so far. The £25 spent for a lucky dip upgrade was more than worth it. "Lovely hotel with very nice and clean facilities. Room was very tidy and sich a comfortable bed. Staff are second to none, friendly, caring and extremely helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Village and highly recommend for others"
