“The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. “O hotel fica bem localizado, perto de mercado, farmácia, restaurante, deu para ir a pé até o lago Villarica, e o transfer da Transaraucania literalmente me deixou e buscou na porta. “This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. The rooms are nestled in the forest with big windows looking out into the trees. You can hear the river from the rooms, and there is a beach if you decide to swim. The dining room is beautifully decorated with a central fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into the trees. The meals we ate at the lodge were definitely the best of our whole trip, particularly the vegetarian options which were delicious! The staff was attentive……
