While we were waiting for the Uber, the hotel staffs, two ladies, asked me to come over then told me “Uber can’t go to the airport, you should call taxi”. I asked my Uber driver is it true and obviously, it’s a lie. I can understand the stuffs want us to call taxi in front of the hotel but it’s not a good reason to tell your customers a lie. I feel really upset when leaving the hotel. There must be something wrong with their stuff training. ”
