“Beautiful ”

“Came down to celebrate my 40th with family and friends. The house was great for a big group, catering to all ages. Conveniently located. Could hit up the Valle, but also close enough to La Fonda, Puerto Nuevo and the cute Los Portales.Randy (owner) and Rick (property manager) were very communicative and helped me plan a fun long weekend. Rick really went above and beyond helping me book a Valle shuttle and tour, local transport and dinner reservations as well as a chef to come to the house.Will……

“The place was definitely one of the best stays I ever had. It was clean, Enrique is responsive, food was great, and they make you any meal you ever wanted or ask for! Just let them know in advance. They also had night guards to patrol the area. It's in a gated community which made me feel a lot safer. One thing that could have been a lot better was the cost of the stay. Four days and three nights roughly cost about $3,200 US dollars. I feel like that was a little be outrageous but it was split……

“My husband and I took my parents after enduring an aneurysm and a minor stroke. My parents loved the house, the view and extreme tranquility. My parents have a Golden retriever and we have a Maltepoo and a chihuahua, the morning walks were exquisite and memorable. At night, we enjoyed a wood fire on our balcony provided by the house management. I truly recommend this home.”

“In addition to the unique and amazing location and amenities of the residence, I need to point out the unbelievable personality and competence of the property manager. We were celebrating the big 40 birthday party of my wife with 28 family and friends and it would have been less than 50% as successful and amazing without the help of Talese, the property manager. I wanted a Chef to provide lunches & dinner, including cleaning the dishes and put everything in place so it could be true vacations……
