Traveling as a group doesn’t mean you have to give up luxury. Our open 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is 1500 sq ft can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Plus, it is located in a safe neighborhood that will provide a calm oasis.
Equipped with all the details and amenities of home, you can unwind in a peaceful environment close to everything you need. Our bedrooms have high-quality mattresses and fresh linens so you can get an amazing night’s sleep!
Room 1: The master bedroom comes with two queen beds, an ensuite bathroom
Room 2: This room comes with one queen bed and a shared bathroom down the hall.
Room 3: This room also has a queen and shared bathroom.
The bathrooms come with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo for your convenience.
Our game room comes with a pool table for the group to enjoy a friendly game. The living room also has a smart TV for you to unwind with your favorite show. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi for you to enjoy.
While you will be near world-famous restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a meal at home with your loved ones. Our kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances for your next culinary adventure:

Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.
*Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.*
Pets are allowed for an additional $150 + $50 per additional pet.
Please be respectful of our neighborhood. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Per city rules, quiet hours start at 10 pm, and all backyard lights must be turned off by that time.
For your safety and security, many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras. We use a Noiseaware decibel level monitoring device to ensure our guests do not get over a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors. They are located in the common area of the home. We do not allow any sort of portable speakers.

Please note the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please request at least 48 hours before the dates required, and we will try to accommodate you. That way, we can ensure the cleaners have the time they need to clean between visitors thoroughly.
