Unsecure premises

Where do i start. We had a party of eight people renting the property to attend our daughter's wedding. Throughout our stay certain issues arose. They were as follows:Back gate did not lock as it didn't have one. Discovered that the back door did not lock and in fact the door sensor was missing therefore the alarm to the back door could not be armed.This was brought to the attention of the host who refused to get any maintenance over to the property and in fact did not address any of the issues that we brought to their attention apart from the lack of tea towels which was rectified by another employee. Smoke/carbon monoxide detector missing. Loose sockets and in some cases missing sockets with exposed wires. Dirty duvet and dirty furnishings in one of the bedrooms..The property was unclean, blinds in kitchen had thick dust and were greasy. The outside table under gazebo was filthy and had to clean it three times. Photographs are availableto to substantiate. .

Perfect home for a larger group!

Perfect Stay for our Expo convention in Las Vegas!We recently stayed at a Sona’s house in Las Vegas, and it was the ideal spot for our group of seven adults. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, which provided a peaceful retreat after the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite the tranquil setting, it was only a short 15-minute drive to the Las Vegas convention center, making it incredibly convenient for our activities.The house itself was spacious with five bedrooms, offering more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The layout was perfect for a group our size, and we had all the amenities we needed. Whether it was cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or relaxing in the cozy living areas, everything was taken care of.The communication with the owner was outstanding. She was responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely book again!

The interior was clean and was amply equipped with extras in the kitchen, if one would be cooking. This location was convenient for shopping and getting to the Strip.I am lightly suggesting that there would be more comfortable seating for visiting, especially for larger groups of people. Maybe more towels that could be available for guests also. Overall, we had a good stay!

Perfect Thanksgiving weekend

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. Everything we needed was available to us. I appreciate how you were able to order a playpen for our baby the same night. It really helped us out a lot along with the car seat! If only the weather outside was warmer we would have enjoyed the pool. There were more than enough rooms to accommodate my family. My girls enjoyed the game room. If I could recommend anything to add to the house, it would be tvs in the other rooms. But then again you did have them in the main rooms. :-) I would love to come back again, but this time in the summer to enjoy the pool. Thanks so much Sona!!!

Wonderful stay

After spending 12 hours driving from Orange County to Vegas, due to I15 closure, we got to the house very late and tired. But after checking and seeing the house, we were re-energized ... :-). The hosue is beautiful and clean. The pool is great, my son loves the waterfall. We would love to come back again next summer. Thank you Sona, you were a great host. Andrew
