“Stunning location with wonderful staff and service. The beach is tranquil with fantastic views of Spinalonga and the perfect place to relax. All of the staff go out of their way to help you have the perfect holiday. Only feedback would be to bring your own or buy tennis balls if you play as the balls from the hotel either get taken / lost ... with the balls left being too bad to play. Also... we did a photo shoot with the inhouse photographer... which was amazing! Her shop is downstairs in……

“As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. ”
