“The first thing we noticed on entering the cottage was that it was immaculate. The bedrooms were comfortable & supplied with ample bedding & towels. The kitchen is modern with new appliances & plenty of cooking, cutlery, dishes, glasses @ mugs. Easy WIFI connections. We had a fire alarm snafu which the host addressed promptly. We were very satisfied with this property. ”

“1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. There were two bath towels and two washcloths left on the dining room table upon our arrival. In the kitchen there was a roll of paper towels. No hand towels or kitchen towels provided.4. All……

“The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon.”

“This is a great lake house to rent! Plenty of room, great views of the lake, a well appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. I would rent this place again for sure! ”

“The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely……

“This property was absolutely amazing! Beautiful location and accommodations! Well stocked with kitchen supplies. Clean inside and out , outdoor space beautiful, grill clean. Super friendly and accommodating owners I have rented quite a few VRBO rentals, this by far was the best! We plan on being returning renters! I if it was possible I would give this property far beyond a 5! Definitely planning on returning! ”
