“This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy.”

“Well, the room itself was ok, the main negative this it was to much noice all the time as the room was next to the reception and you could hear the owner laughing and talking all the time up to midnight and early morning even before 7 noises from outside. ”

“Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! He even gave us the hours and directions of where to get the tire fixed the next day. He truly went abover and beyond for us. The apartment was beautifully done and very comfortable. “Lovely place to spend the night. Plenty of parking, beautiful common area, clean and quiet room with nice furnishings and refreshing scents! The towel rod was broken in our bathroom and we had some trouble operating the front gate. I also cannot comment on breakfast because we left too early to enjoy it. The whole place is unreal, out of a movie, and definitely worth visiting for the falcon and horse shows.”
