Reception clerks are nice and rooms are clean. The bathroom supplement and garbage bags were forgotten a few times. Overall its service and quality are satisfactory but I think it's more expensive than other hotels of same level. ”

“the hotel room is very small, with much of the space allocated to the bathroom, and we can hardly walk after the luggage boxes are placed in the room. The aircon is centralized controlled and was turned off during our stay. We were asked to open the windows if we want some air, but that was dangerous to do that in Paris. The room was so stuffy and we can't sleep well during all 5 days of stay. Not worth of money. ”

“My son and I had a fantastic week! 11 Rue Suger is a charming little gem. We loved the old-world ambiance of the place, which made us feel as if we had been transported to a countryside chalet. However, we were right in the heart of Paris, just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the Metro. We walked to most places and spent some evenings at home enjoying takeout. We truly enjoyed our stay at this place and would love to return someday. ”
