“I can’t say enough positive things about Gail and Pauls property! The location was perfect! We were able to walk to Placencia Village to the vast assortment of restaurants, shops and the beautiful beach. When we were heading out on various excursions (which Gail and Paul booked for us) we were able to walk across the street to their dock and get picked up either by boat or van. All of the excursions they recommended were outstanding! We especially enjoyed our trip down Monkey River and through……

“Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. It was hard to find our place at first, and even as I was sitting in my hammock one of the days, some visitors had to ask me to help them find their building. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at.”

“We each had our own bedroom & bath for privacy. The house was clean & well supplied with everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised to see tv's in both lower bedrooms since it was not mentioned in the description.A bit sad not to have a hammock to nap in but we kept busy. “The design of the studio is quite unique and it took some time to adjust and appreciate the architectural uniqueness of the design. It makes one feel as if they may be in a submarine under the ocean and has a beautiful view of the lagoon. The shower was a great size, with plenty of hot water, but the window was also in need of repair. The picture in the advertisement of the view is actual. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Miriam, the hostess, was very attentive. The poolside was lovely.……

“This house was perfect for our family trip to Belize! Juanito and the rest of the house staff were always available when we needed them and so friendly and easy to interact with. Our chef, Jonathan, prepared delicious and fresh meals and was able to accommodate our picky eaters. He did everything from preparing to serving to clean-up. This experience really enhanced our stay! We loved being able to use the kayaks and paddle boards and the pools were a great way to cool off during the day. We……

“The worst part about this property was having to pack up and depart— seriously! Hands down, this was one of my favorite VRBO homes to date. There was no reason to leave home, with a fully equipped kitchen and beachfront access with. 20 yards. What more could you want ? ”

“The condo was exactly as the photos show! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well organized and easy to navigate. Lots of TV channels so it was great for our long stay.The staff, Herbert, Kimberly, Ross, Elijah and Alvero were wonderful! I have never had more support and assistance from any hosts! Top notch! I met lots of new friends and other condo owners. Truly amazing! We will definitely return. Just a heads up, book your golf cart early, they sell out. I recommend……
