“We stayed here for the second year in a row and enjoyed it even more than the first time. We love the location and proximity to some great restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed grilling and eating at the home. The view is spectacular and never gets old. ”

“We had a marvelous day with delicious meals cooked by chef Juan. Kelly and Marvin took care of the house and all of our needs. Really enjoyed our visit. Only item of note is the distance from Placencia is further than we had expected, not really a golf cart right away, requiring more cabs than we had expected.”

“This new building was a great stay. No issues with the place. Owners were very responsive. Location was great just north of all the fun and located on the boardwalk. This was our first time visiting and our friends had several issues with their accomodations but luckily we were trouble free. I would call this place well located, and a safe bet for anyone. “This is a very cool little cluster of cabanas and a bar/restaurant on a legit TINY island. The staff is great, the food is decent, and the snorkeling could be better, but overall it was a fun stay. We were the only ones staying on the island, which was pretty cool.”

“We stayed a week at New Dawn - plenty of room for 3 couples. The fabulous pool is the best part of the home and the beach and grounds are lovely. Be aware that the water off the beach is not clear like you might expect at a tropical beachside unit. We did have a lot of rain, but I don’t think that’s the reason. Even so you can swim and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. At the time we stayed the unit had a lot of snorkel gear, sunscreen’s, and even bug spray. Generous towels, both bath and……

“We had the most incredible week in Placencia staying at the Island Breeze Villa. The management company, Gecko Vacation Rentals, saw to our every need and we could not have been more impressed with the house and service we received. The house itself was perfect for our group of 9 adults (with 2 adults sharing the bunk room, wouldn't recommend it for more adults than that) - there were tons of areas to spread and hang out, with the beach/volleyball court in the yard and patio at ground level,……
