“Perfect place for a couple right on the water. Cozy studio type right at the end of the sidewalk that leads into town. Great location. Nice and low-key relaxing place to stay. Loved it!”

“First, we were told we wouldn't need to meet anyone there, that there would be a lock-box and we could just get in. The cabana was hard to find and not marked (to know which one was ours), and the combination we were given was wrong. The wifi information we were given was also wrong, and the wifi network we were given access to barely worked. It looks like there is a dedicated router at the location, but it was disconnected. Amenities listed that were not in fact included: -Washer and Dryer……

“This island is AMAZING! Everything from the gorgeous water, snorkeling, kayaking, well appointed cabanas, friendly staff, to the phenomenal food! My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing vacation. We love that it wasn’t a party atmosphere but a laid back and enjoyable one. We had the island to ourselves most of the time with day trippers only staying for part of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway suitable for lovebirds or families!”

“Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. It was hard to find our place at first, and even as I was sitting in my hammock one of the days, some visitors had to ask me to help them find their building. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at.”

“Truly a slice of paradise. The staff are incredible, the food is amazing, the amenities are plentiful. We had the most amazing stay with our 5 and 7 year olds. Never a dull moment. And, even in the rain, we made fantastic memories. king Leary’s does not disappoint. ”

“Excellent place, new,fresh, clean, stylish. Up on stilts so you get a nice breeze. Just as pics appeared. Only real concern is that the driveway is sandy and taxis got stuck repeatedly. Just needs some gravel. Had a little trouble contacting the property manager to work out an early check in but staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Michele and Ed have put together something very special. Quiet, relaxed the perfect setting. Close to everything. Romantic reconnect, perfect. They are on site available for any question or any need. We will be back! Great stay!”

“Went here during july and we enjoyed our visit here. Few steps to the beach, kyaks available, sperated property so you dont have to worry about people above or below you. Peaceful area as its away from the main road Right in the heart of Placencia so your not too far of a walk from any particular place Host was quick with responding and offered help whenever ypu needed it The neighbors whom are locals are also around and available to help. One thing about the property is tgat there is no AC.……

“This is the most basic a rental can get. So, at the VERY least I need the WiFi to be functional. Also, there are no keyed dead bolts to lock the door. Sharing because had I known that I would not have stayed here.”

Walking distance to everything (beaches, bars, restaurants, tour agencies, pickup locations for scuba companies) -Live like a local. These cabanas are nestled into a property right alongside local homes helping you feel like a local. -Cook stoves all worked nicely for preparing daily meals. -Management arranged taxi rides……

“My business partner and I took 8 of our employees to Little Harvest Caye for a weeklong retreat and we just can't say enough how perfect it was! This little island is immaculate. The beds were comfortable, the food and drinks were amazing (thank you Oscar!), and the staff was incredible! Our concierge, Heidy had everything planned out for us and made everything so easy and convenient for us. There was so much to do there that we were never bored and only went to the mainland just a couple……
