“Went here during july and we enjoyed our visit here. Few steps to the beach, kyaks available, sperated property so you dont have to worry about people above or below you. Peaceful area as its away from the main road Right in the heart of Placencia so your not too far of a walk from any particular place Host was quick with responding and offered help whenever ypu needed it The neighbors whom are locals are also around and available to help. One thing about the property is tgat there is no AC.……

“The cabana was very clean and well equipped for our stay. It is located inside a fenced in area just off the beach. We loved the seclusion and relaxed feel. I would definitely stay there again. ”

The host is an incredible chef and takes great care of their guests. Pool is a wonderful break after a long day of travel. Look forward to returning. ”

“Truly a slice of paradise. The staff are incredible, the food is amazing, the amenities are plentiful. We had the most amazing stay with our 5 and 7 year olds. Never a dull moment. And, even in the rain, we made fantastic memories. king Leary’s does not disappoint. ”

“Be prepared to live out of your suitcase, no storage, very small casita. Lots of issues with hot water, due to being of grid. Long ways from San Pedro or secret beach so golf cart is a must. ”

“No Air Conditioning, no television, no hot water, stove didn’t work, and refrigerator stopped working. I booked 22 nights and left after 2 nights. Save your money.”

“First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!”
