“Very clean cabin with amenities--fridge and cooking supplies. Screened in porch providing excellent view. For the enterprising you can walk into town easy enough that feels safe during the daytime. San Ignacio is a brisk 25 minute walk downhill. Hosts very friendly, helpful, and communicative.”

“Toll eigerichtete Ferienhütte mit allem drum und dran. Super ruhig mit netten Nachbarn. Man kann eine Tour mit dem hauseigenen Kayak machen oder einfach nur entspannen. Gut eingerichtete Küche und sehr geräumig. Bequeme Betten. Gerne wieder! Allerdings braucht man ein schlaglochfestes Fahrzeug um hinzukommen.”

“It's the 1st turn left past the Spanish Lookout turn going west. Passed it the 1st time, once I was on Society rd I knew it right. It is several miles from George Price Hwy, on a hill came to a Y, sign points to right and 1/3 mile later is entrance to Cozy Cabin on a hill. Great views on the deck to drink your morning coffee and or watch the sun set. Very relaxing country setting, on 1 side watching the cows migrate from 1 pasture to the next. Other side watching the goats & sheep grazing then……

“The cabin was just as described. Well cared for by the care-takers Antonio and Dena. There were a lot of birds, and we saw Red-Lored Amazons among many others. Being near the river, and in a fairly dense forested area, there were mosquitoes and no-seeums. The large screened porch was a great place to enjoy the wildlife. A good BBQ was provided, the cabin was very large, and the a/c worked very well. All in all, a great stay. Recommend.”

“We loved our stay at the Banks. Check in was easy. The house is fully equipped with everything to make your stay most enjoyable. You wake up to birds chirping. The closed in veranda made for enjoying the outdoors without the sand flies. Our fishing boat came to our door for pick up and delivery. The use of the kayaks was a bonus. Would have used the fishing poles provided but they need longer fishing line. We will definitely look at coming back.”

“Easily accessible. Close to town yet part of the tropical forest wich is manicured to make a walk enjoyable. All equipped kitchen. A warm welcome by the owner. Food offered is delicious. Fire pit for relaxing. Will be back.”
