“The onsite hosts took very good care of us. The house itself was very clean and the food was very good. The property itself was ok. The beds were comfortable but lacked enough seating for both dinner and relaxing inside and on the front deck. We were told there was a washer and dryer. Well, kind of. “Our family of 5 vacationed here for our grandson Spring Break. Carlos and Lucita(hope I spelled her name correctly) were more than friendly and accommodating. Carlos is hard working to keep the ground if the location maintained and does it with a smile on his face. Lupita takes her time making dishes to your family likings including fresh fruit with breakfast in the morning. The property is NOT located in town so if you are looking for a place in the heart of the city/town, then this is not it.……

“The staff are friendly and helpful. There was an ocean breeze and I could hear the waves crashing. The cabana had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’m definitely going back there again! ”

“Place was nice, it is a little ways out of town but there is a grocery store not to far and plenty of restaurants 5-10 mins away by golf cart. Beautiful view for sunrise and in general. The shared pool was great but we were the only ones there for most of our week. Dock was nice for drop off and pick up for water taxi and snorkeling. I would definitely consider staying here if we come back. ”

“This home was lovely and spacious for our family of 5 - comfortable beds, AC, and well appointed! We loved having coffee on the back patio listening to the birds and the plunge pool was refreshing after a day exploring the town. Easy walk (be prepared for the uphill back home) to Cahal Pech and wonderful local restaurants. Great communication with the host - we can’t wait to return!”

“We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. We highly recommend booking with local fly fishing guides and getting out in boat onto the flats. The Villa was well appointed and decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The……

“It was great to have the beach to ourselves and be within walking distances to shopping, groceries, restaurants we barely drove our rental at all. Highly recommend walking down the beach. House had everything we needed. Only thing would recommend is bringing stuff for the ocean like a floating toy or similar ”
