“Our family had a great time during our spring break. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our day trips to the ATM cave, Mayan ruins in Belize, and visiting Tikal. The host was great and met us on arrival and was there for check out. You should also consider arranging for the arrival dinner. It was really good and made for a relaxing first night.the gardens were beautiful, well maintained and the kids loved the pool.”

“We took our large family group of 9 to explore some Mayan sites and do the ATM cave tour. The location was perfect for that and to walk around San Ignacio. The location was central to town, the market and many restaurants. Being in town there was a little more noise at night so be prepared for that. A great place to stay. We will be back!”

“Such a beautiful location and lovely house! We stayed here with our two teenagers (14 and 16). Having the whole upper level to ourselves was very nice. This was our first time in Belize and visiting Hopkins. Carrican is very conveniently located within the town and is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a coffee shop. “We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. We highly recommend booking with local fly fishing guides and getting out in boat onto the flats. The Villa was well appointed and decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The……
