“We loved our stay here. The grounds were beautiful and the accommodations were upscale and comfortable. It had a very peaceful and relaxing vibe. The service and staff were excellent. This was a great place to unwind, and we loved sitting on our porch, watching the wildlife (lots of agouti!). I would absolutely recommend this hotel!”

“Kalimera is a very welcoming new Eco Chic hotel. The owners and staff go above and beyond with their hospitality. They can arrange tours and provide advise to enhance your time in the area. The breakfasts were delicious. Elvis who managed the bar made excellent cocktails. The rooms are well designed for comfort and nicely situated for beautiful views. The surrounding resorts offered nice restaurants. This is the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. We will definitely return to Kalimera.”

“This is a beautiful hotel, and we had a pretty good stay, but it could have been way better. “Awesome location on a pretty beach with surreal sunrises and moonrises. The location is quiet and restful. Our room was very practical with a small fridge, drinking water, and A/C.The shower was tiny with dismal water pressure. Breakfast was perfect for us. It consisted of some sweet bread, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and coffee with a tropical breeze and a wonderful view. We enjoyed the beach and took advantage of the free use of a kayak. “The listing for this property was incorrect. What we thought we were getting was 3 queen beds with 2 bathrooms. Instead, we got 2 adjoining units that had 1 queen bed each, a pull-out sofa, & 3 bathrooms. Each unit had its own kitchen. When we arrived, the door between our rooms was locked so we had to go out to the porch & into the other unit to be with our friends.
