“I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The resort is a distance from placencia town so if you wanna save money on transportation to town you have to book the free shuttle service that the hotel runs daily. The hours for this service are 10am & 2:30pm. Meals at Umaya in my opinion are overpriced and the chef needs to be replaced as the food is not very good and the portions are way too small for what you pay for.
