“When we arrived to Brisa we were escorted to our room by staff and given a quick tour of the room. We quickly noticed that we did not have a pull out couch (we booked the 2 bedroom with 3 beds beach access) and when one of my guests went to inform staff and initially received an attitude that we “did not rent the cot as we were supposed to”. I then had to go and speak with staff myself which I believe I spoke with a manager who was then quick to remedy the situation as we did indeed book 3 beds,……

“Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups”

The bar on the beach with Elvis as the bartender couldn’t have been any better. “Our stay at Azure del Mar was beyond AMAZING! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We arrived in Belize City very late and then had a long drive into Placencia. Maria, one of the receptionist waited for us to arrive even though it was passed her working hours and asked the kitchen staff to prepare food for us to have for when we arrived. “The best of both worlds! This property is stunning, and it really offered the best of both worlds. We were able to experience resort-style amenities and service, while enjoying the space of an AirBnB. Our suite was huge and gave us ample room to enjoy ourselves.
