“Beautiful home and surroundings especially the deck overlooking the river. Carport was a plus. It kept us dry while packing up while it was raining. Everything we needed for preparing meals was available. The homeowner called to give my husband fishing location tips. We thought that wS above and beyond nice. We highly recommended this property ”

“My family really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. The cabin was very clean and well laid out. Enjoyed the creek that runs through the back of the property and the nature that comes up saw a few deer. If you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation this is the cabin for you.”

“This was a great stay for my family. The property does appear better in person. We were in town for a wedding. The property did have essential items needed such as a steamer for our dresses. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fire place. The property manager was great with communication. Great location (close to restaurants). We would definitely stay again in the future. ”

“We had a group of girls join us for a fun weekend in the mountains. Upon arriving, they immediately loved exploring the different levels of the cabin and picking out their rooms! I agree with the reviewer who commented about some things in the home not being “up to date” (like what you would find in an older home vs a newer construction) but we found it to be charming. “The home is so unique in its design with a loft fit for Heidi, an old children’s book written by Spyri. The grandsons were immediately drawn to the loft, and the children’s furniture enhances its intrigue. Two bedrooms and baths downstairs provide excellent creature comfort for the adults and the great room encompassing the kitchen, dining room, and living room with the massive stone fireplace provides a warm and perfect environment for socializing. “We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was clean, spacious, and close to Grandfather Mountain. We loved the views and scenery. There was only one ladybug who greeted us on day 2! Overall, cute place and would love to stay again. ”

“We had a great stay on the river! Well appointed space for a couple. Great views, and fun fly fishing for my husband.”

“My mom, sister and I had a nice, relaxing time at this mountain home that had a beautiful view of the mountains from the front porch. Plenty of space for the three of us and we all had our own rooms. Beds were clean and super comfy. There was one bathroom as listed but was fine for the three of us. The urinal was a bit of a surprise. Plenty of big plush towels. The living room consisted of a sofa, recliner and chair with ottoman so we lounged comfortably while watching movies at night. The……
