“Everything was great. We used it as a base for my retirement celebration. Friends for the first 5 days; family for the 2nd 5 days. Would definitely go back to this same home. ”

We traveled with our small senior beagle and although he couldn’t use the rear stairs, it was easy for him to step off the front porch and walk down the driveway.”

“I was in the Asheville area for two separate events and need a place for a couple nights in between. This place was perfect for me. Clean, neat and QUIET. I spent much of my time reading on the porch. Although I could see traffic on the other side of the bamboo forest, I could not hear it. The sound of the wind in the bamboo was so soothing.Bed was comfortable, linens adequate. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure in the shower. I used the washer and dryer and both worked well. ……

“We had a great stay at Keepers Cottage. The views are breathtaking and the cottage very comfy. Judy is very friendly and welcoming. We really needed a refreshing time away. While the lake isn't open yet we still enjoyed the back porch throughout most of our Saturday. We will definitely return.”

“Quaint and welcoming, supported the couple of small asks we had in preparation for our wedding in a timely manner. Only thing we had an incorrect assumption of was the proximity of the property to other houses, and the pool being right off the back deck of another house. This may have just been a misunderstanding on our part in regards to the privacy of the unit, and otherwise the experience was great! ”

“Lisa and Aiden were amazing and accommodating/responsive hosts during our stay at the school bus. The views were amazing, the hot tub felt great, and the bus was beautifully renovated. The few small mishaps that occurred during our stay were quickly addressed by both hosts, and despite those small issues, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of their accommodations and responsiveness. I highly recommend staying at any of their 5 properties on their land - all which are beautiful and……
