“The location is very close to downtown Asheville. Parking is very convenient, with private and easy access to the bottom of a split-level home. The living quarters were spacious and tastefully appointed. We would not hesitate to return.”

“The place was clean and relatively easy to find. The driveway is a little hard to navigate with a large truck but it’s still manageable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. “This has classic rustic charm with lots of big rooms and bedrooms for the family. During one of the hottest weeks in the summer, this house is always shaded by lots of trees. So we were able to sit on the porches to get fresh air. From the porch on the weekend, we could hear live music in the afternoon from the Grill down the street, which we enjoyed. We liked being able to walk to places to eat, the beach and a good location to walk for exercise. There are stairs to enter the house, their are……

In the kitchen, it would be nice to have more space for groceries that we brought, so they didn't have to sit on the counter top all week. Other than that, the kitchen was spacious, well-stocked, with a clean fridge, clean dishwasher, complimentary kuerig cups.
