“C’est plus un appart qu’un condo. Des rénovations ont été faites mais il manque de finition. Le bâtiment extérieur manque bcp d’amour mais la partie jardin sur le bord du g de neuve est splendide. Il y a bcp de commodité pour cuisiner et le mobilier est approprié Le propane est fourni pour le BBQ Nous avons partagé nos observations aux personnes concernées pour les améliorations à faire. S’ils les font, ce sera vraiment un beau lieu avec une vue magnifique ”

“Le condo est très propre, bien équipé et tout près du chalet de la station de ski. Il y a un grand escalier à monter pour se rendre au condo et la neige peut parfois rendre l'exercice difficile mais ce n'est pas insurmontable. La chambre en mezzanine peut rendre la cohabitation bruyante mais pas invivable. Mathieu aura été un hôte très proactif et "sur la coche". Merci”

“Property was clean and very comfortable, located close to ski/bike resort and 30 mins from Québec City. Only thing was we were there in a heat wave and there is only one portable AC unit in one of the bedrooms so made for some uncomfortable evenings in a loft unit.”

“Overall good rental but with a couple issues. The unit is part of a condo complex with some shared facilities. My daughters and my son-in-law were impressed with the workout facility and made good use of it. We had plenty of room and were generally pretty comfortable. One of the rooms was above the sauna down in the pool area. That room stayed hotter than the rest. Initially the TV didn't work. Turned out that we did not have the correct remote. “little issue about the accuracy of the booking regarding the room picture for studio superior ,it is misleading but it was corrected the next day by the front desk so no big deal but i suggest to show accurate picture at the booking site.All other things where excellent we had a great stay. “Chalet bien situé et belle vue”

“Condo was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and had most amenities. Beautiful view right along the St. Laurence River. The host was very easy and efficient to deal with. The only thing was that it was sometimes hard to get onto the road leaving the condo area as it was right on the highway however you did not hear the highway at all as the condo was far enough away right by the river. Price was good and only it was only an easy 9 min drive to Mont Sainte Anne Ski Hill. Would recommend this……

“Condo was very clean, right on the mountain, as advertised. Well stocked with necessities like dishes, fridge, extra sheets for the pull out. Very happy with it. My only comment, is more clarity on where the pool and spa amenities are would be great (an address)”

“Property itself is new, clean and very accommodating. There was no BBQ as listed in the ad, which was frustrating as we brought food to grill. The kitchen is well stocked with implements (including a normal coffee maker). Building is quiet and proximity to hill is fantastic. May come back for a golf weekend!”

“La Pignoronde is a stunning property in a peaceful, remote area, offering breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River. Our condo comfortably accommodated 10 people, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy. While our stay was wonderful overall, there were a couple of issues worth noting. The listing mentioned "8 indoor pools," but in reality, there is only one indoor pool with an 8-person maximum capacity. This was a bit misleading but didn’t significantly impact our experience.
