“Wonder stay. Stayed 4 nights in this beautiful place and it was so nice and relaxing. The hosts were very helpful and kind. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was big and spacious and the garden was full of so many beautiful flowers. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much”

“Experienced a very problematic check-in. I had to go in and out of reception 3 times before getting the right room. Although I booked for two days, they only programmed the card for one day, requiring me to check in at reception again for the second day. There are still shower repair tools left in the room. The good thing is the hotel is new and located near bus and tram stops. This was the messiest reception service I have ever experienced.”

“We arrived after travelling 450km, tired and a little stressed. I had contacted Expedia 3 times to request a twin room but had had no reply. On arrival at the hotel we were told that no twin rooms were available. The kind hotellier sorted the situation without any fuss providing us with an additional room at no extra charge. I’d highly recommend the hotel but the Expedia messaging service is useless. I contacted Expedia but they told me it was my fault. I will use Expedia as a search engine……
