“1st floor apartment was perfect for me and my husband for my birthday getaway. Right on the main drag of town. Park the car and walk everywhere that’s what we did! Owner provided us with great recommendations for dinner. Lovely place to stay while exploring the history! Highly recommend! ”

Sitting in the chairs facing the ocean with my feet in the sand… perfect…and it was warm and sunny the days we were there. Very dog friendly house and beach! We will definitely be back.”

“Great location, very clean, can bike to the beaches, and there are at least two beach restaurants at the end of the street. Close to Newburyport as well. Hope they get those curtains in on the second floor fixed and there is a vent outside the upstairs bathroom (outside) that needs a hood replaced or it makes noise on a windy night. Such small things true my, and it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again!!!”

“We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.”

If you want a comfortable home that is in a great location at an affordable rate, this is the house for you. There are nice tvs in the living room and kitchen. ”
