“We loved this location! Charming carriage house in a beautiful garden. House had everything we needed. Loved sitting in the garden while our dog roamed around. Host was on site, and readily available. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed 4th of July weekend. We had a very peaceful and private stay. The country scenery was picturesque. The house had just enough room and was perfect for a older couple. We spent a lot of time on the porch just enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. We also got the benefit of watching fire works beyond the tree ridge. “Such a wonderful, peaceful and well balanced home. My family and I enjoyed our entire stay. The kids loved the 2nd floor all to themselves. The house had everything you need and then some. “It may seem like you aren't at the right place, or that youre driving thru someone's yard, but once we got to the house, we had the best time. The directions were perfect, and the house was clean, and had everything we needed to have a great trip!”

“This was a clean, comfortable "home away from home." We enjoyed walking by the nearby river, as well as being relatively close to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter.”

“The cottage was nice with a comfortable bed. The view of the river was beautiful! The location is very close to downtown but it was not really safe to walk as there is no sidewalk and the road is quite busy. Overall it was a nice stay. ”

“A beautiful home! Spacious and very comfortable! Fit our family of 6 perfectly, unlike a cramped hotel room we had plenty of room! We loved the 2 porches for sitting outside and the family room with a beautiful new tv. Everything was so well maintained and cared for. We had everything we needed for our stay, a large refrigerator, very beautiful modern kitchen with everything you would need to cook, and 2 lovely bedrooms with 4 very comfortable beds. “This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated. The bed in the bedroom was unsleepable (so soft/divot in the middle/1 thin……
