“We loved our time at Mountain Grove! Lisa is a great host and provided lots of tips before we arrived on things to do and places to eat. “We stayed for 5 days. We found plenty to do and see. The cabin is small and quaint. Quite a lovely place to stay. All sleep accommodations are in one room in the upstairs loft, though I suppose someone could sleep on the downstairs couch. This was fine for us as we are a married couple traveling on our own. For anyone wanting to travel with others there would be limited privacy. There are stairs down to the cabin, stairs to get into the cabin, steep stairs up to the loft. We are in our sixties……

“We came to the area for skiing and hiking. The property was perfectly located for skiing at Seven Springs and hiking the local trails. It was clean and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. It was a good size for our family of four.”

“We had a lot of fun at this log house with my friends. There was something for everyone nearby. The house does not have air conditioners, thus, upstairs room was hotter than what we would like it to be and one of the windows did not shut due to mechanical issue. ”
