“I have stayed here 2X because it is close to family and great for dogs. Large shady yard! There was a hole that my dog found which I was assured will be looked at. I also had an issue with neighbor’s chicks coming in under privacy fence. If you have a dog with high prey drive you’ll have to be watchful. ”

“Returned to my hometown of Jacksonville, Florida for family wedding. Your home was a perfect location for us. So much better than a hotel, too. Plenty of rooms for family, nice pool, games, large yard, and plenty of parking. Enjoyed the back porch and pool deck so much. Makes a pleasant setting for morning coffee. “We were a little thrown off with our arrival- the home wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We were disappointed that we had to clean ourselves before feeling like we could enjoy the space. Once settled, we found the home to be perfectly fine for the occasion. The kids enjoyed the pool and outside patio - we spent most of our time there. The grill area was filthy and the patio needed care before utilizing, but it was nice. We did wish the kitchen was better tended to - the knives were so dull……

It turns out that only my wife and I were able to make it so it was a much bigger place than we needed but we didn't know it until we had booked the place. This is a full size house in a very nice neighborhood. When we arrived we had no problem getting in, but there was no welcome letter or indication of wifi. We contacted the host and we immediately received an electronic version. The house is exactly as……
