“This stay was wonderful! It is a large loft (master BR, large kitchen and a good-sized living room) on top of the horse barn. There is also a big porch to view all the horse activities. It was wonderful to watch them in the pasture in the evenings and early mornings - similar to watching boats moored at night. Very peaceful!”

“We came to town for a family memorial and really enjoyed the house and peace and quite it offered. We had a range of adults and kids/babies in the house comfortably. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home.”

“Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!”

“My family and I stayed here for a wedding on the other side of the Lake. We really enjoyed the house, it was big enough for the whole family and had an amazing back yard. Sitting out on the dock made time fly by! We loved our stay. Host is responsive. Neighbor on adjacent property helpful and friendly as well! ”

“This was a great place for us to stay and spend time with family in the Jacksonville area. Plenty of space - indoors and outdoors - for everyone to feel comfortable and part of the party without being on top of one another! We have multiple generations together and we loved our time here. Would definitely book this VRBO again. Only downfalls of this location is that there are ready available beds for 12 people based on standard beds, but anyone over 2 people requires that you pay a per day……

“Really, really nice! Quite surprised at the spaciousness, the general accommodations, the amenities (soaps, shampoos, grill w/ full propane, pool toys, kitchenware, cooking supplies)! Very clever door lock system and password control. Cleanliness and orderliness were well above expectations!”
