“Outside of the big vity but withing 25 minutes of so much to do. Owner very easy to work with, he even helped to gety jacket bavk to me after we left and forgot it!”

“This townhouse is brand new, very nicely furnished and decorated. It is within distance to all the Buffalo area has to offer.The cleanliness is immaculate, and it is well stocked with essentials. John the owner responds within minutes if needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. The visit was only 2 nights, however, so much more relaxing than a hotel and a very quiet neighborhood. Again 5 stars***** ”

“Summertime girls weekend getaway to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville. We adored the little town and all there is to do in the area. The townhome is in a great location, close to everything. Host very responsive. Beautiful unit with all of the necessary amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space. The only drawback was no AC. Was a bit uncomfortable but manageable with some fans. The lower level bedrooms were cool enough but a bit musty probably from all the recent rain. Overall a……

“We grew up in the area and this was the first time we rented on the lake rather than staying with family. Beautiful views, house was well stocked with everything we could need, and Lexi and Mike were the most responsive team we have ever come across in renting properties all over the country. They did everything possible to ensure we had a fantastic family trip! ”

“Beautiful townhouse with all the essentials for a home away from home. Directly across from the beach, Mickey Rats/Bay Beach Club. Evans town park. Very nice area, never loud or crowded. Tops grocery store just a few minutes away, Tim Hortons, really good pizza places, Connors Hot Dog Stand did not disappoint!Lynn was a wonderful host. “We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay!”
