“This was a great house to get all the kids and grandkids together for my husbands 70th B'day. We used the media room to show a slideshow of 70 years of memories. This was one of the favorite activities for all. The sound system and large screen really enhanced this experience. There is plenty of room and some really unique gathering places to reconnect with family. The kitchen and dining room area was our main gathering place. Plenty of space and seating to eat, play games and just hang out……

“The house is beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our impromptu vacation. The fully equipped kitchen was great for home cooked meals. Laundry facility was a huge help and the garage allowed us to pack up out of the hot sun. ”

“Wedding party enjoyed close proximity to Lagoon and Cherry Hill. Great amenities for small kids and teens. Basketball court was a big hit! ”

“Listing is located in the marmalade district which is a great area to stay. The parking was great because you have your own parking stall. We were traveling with two toddlers. The walls were thin (could hear the neighbors a little bit, and our kids noticed every little sound at bed time). The space was pretty toddler proof from the beginning - not a lot of random decor items for them to mess with. The king sized bed was VERY firm so that’s something to take into account when staying there. ”
