“We had a fantastic stay from start to finish as a party of 10 from grandparents down to young grandchildren. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff were superb especially with the young children. The food and service was great and the location exceptional. “Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily. Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge.”

“Beautiful spot on the cliff over the Indian Ocean on the south coast of Mauritius. About 40 minutes from the airport, including the track through the sugar cane plantation. Quiet except for the continuous roaring of the sea and the waterfall. Wonderful staff, friendly and courteous. In particular the chief chef who made fascinating meals in local style. Perfect, if you want something different from the standard resorts. Reasonably easy access to most of the attractions in the south (particularly……

“Lovely location , you have access to beautiful grounds , chateau and all the Heritage hotels facilities ( do use them ! ) . Lovely gardens to walk around, also used the spa in the Telfair. The only small note I would make the breakfast could be more varied as it is very simple, but the rest of the access makes up for it . ”
