“It's a majestic hotel on a prime location with a private beach at Le Morne. The service level is of a high standard, eventhough we sometimes felt overserviced a bit. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The infrastructure in the room is already a bit aged and could need some update. The breakfast and dinner we had at the buffet was always very good and there was enough variety with several cooking stations to choose from. One time we visited the beautiful, big main bar after dinner to listen to……

“I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅”

“我们在网上预定的海景房， 入住时分派的不是海景房， 质疑后给调换了。我们提前电话通知增加一天住宿 ，提前一天到达入住并告知了我们的订单号码。当我们到达办理入住手续时，当班的接待员根本不知道有这回事。房间内的小冰箱一直都是空的，没有任何饮料。同酒店预定早上出海看海豚，最终没有结果，没人通知我们。”
