“Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.”

“Fernsehkanäle etwas sehr einseitig. Von den 34 erhaltenen Sendern waren tatsächlich 32 francophone. Ein Lokalsender auf deutsch (Tele Bienne) und noch ein Sender, auch hier allerdings wurde französisch gesprochen. Für mich gar kein Problem da ich aus der Gegend bin, für meine Frau und vermutlich viele weitere Gäste ist dieses Angebot nicht befriedigend. In Asien erhalte ich fast überall zumindest die deutsche Welle. Hier müssen sie über die Bücher. Ein paar Sender auf deutsch einzurichten und zu……

“Very convenient location. Nice new hotel, and while it is at train station, it was shockingly quiet at night (even on weekend). They have 2 espresso pods in room, but no creamer, and you are out of luck if you are a tea drinker (you have to buy one downstairs) so bring your own. Beds are neutral (if you need soft beds, this isn’t for you). Overall nice place and I would still recommend.”

“Stunning hotel with exceptional amenities. We stayed in suite which included a large living room and balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff at the hotel could not be friendlier. The breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay. I would definitely stay here again.”
