“Great place in the heart of Rochester. It’s literally 15 minutes from anywhere you want to visit. ”

“We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at 4 Alvin Place. We missed a connecting flight and arrived quite late but felt instantly at home and welcomed by the gracious hospitality of our host Tim. The home is very well appointed and not just tastefully decorated, it is also very comfortable! The beds and bedding are up to this very discerning travelers standards! Plenty of soft fluffy towels, and pillows to spare. We were able to make good coffee and full meals with the well stocked……
